                               RESOLUTION NO. 20139
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PLANNING ASSOCIATES,
                   INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATIVE TO
                   THE JAGUAR EXHIBIT AT THE WARNER PARK ZOO,
                   FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWELVE THOUSAND,
                   FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to execute a
       Contract with Planning Associates, Inc. for architectural 
services
       relative to the Jaguar Exhibit at the Warner Park Zoo, for an
       amount not to exceed $12,500.00.
